Updates and excellent news!

First off, there’s going to be a new blogger on here (I’ll let him introduce himself in a post later), if my brain (which is loaded with book and movie info at the moment) is sending me the right information, he’s going to be posting only on weekends until summer holiday comes for him. He’ll post about various things, and he’s going to be reviewing some fanfictions of mine (so that I don’t have to figure out how I’m going to give fair reviews of my own stories). XD

Now, this is excellent news, but here is some MORE excellent news. If you’ve read any of the Redwall books (or posts concerning them), you probably like them a lot, like me. Now, I went to Kidsbooks today with Dragon and Z’s Cup of Tea (oh yeah, and my Mom), and we browsed a bit. GUESS WHAT I FOUND!!!!! The Sable Quean! No, it’s not a typographiwhosimawhatsit, that’s the title! I thought about getting it, but it was around $30, so after a bit of confliction, I decided to wait for it to come out in paperback.

Oh, and I bought some things too today. The first being a copy of the last Edge Chronicles book, (I’ll have to get all the others now) The Immortals by Paul Stewart and illustrated by Chris Riddell (or was it by Chris Riddell and illustrated by Paul Stewart?) Anywhoodles, I also got a “Book Lover’s Journal”. It’s got a section for a wish list (all the books you want to get), What I’m reading now and notes, Great Gift book ideas, Books I want to re-read, etc. I’m relatively sure I’ll be filling it up really really fast. 😛 Oh and by the way, Dragon gave me a bunch of books to read (and I gave her a few to read as well). I’ll have to ask her which ones I lent her, that way, I’ll know which ones NOT to put on my list of books to be read for reviewing. 😛

Now that that’s out of the way…… onward with my review of Alice in Wonderland (yes, it’s finally being written! XD) Talk to you all later, I hope this didn’t bore you senseless.
